摘要
陕西工业职业技术学院管理类专业在人才培养方面,根据学院定位和技能型人才培养目标的要求,结合高职教育教学改革实践,进行实践教学体系建设,通过搭建校企合作、实验教学、社会实践、技能竞赛等四大平台,促进学生在形式多样的实践活动中,不断提高实践能力、适应能力和创新能力,形成了培养管理类技能型人才的特色。
On the aspects of talents cultivation and in accordance with the institute orientation as well as the request of skilled talents nourishment, the management specialty of Shaanxi Polytech- nic Institute combined with vocational education reform practice, executed practical teaching sys- tematic construction. By establishing four platforms of Institute - enterprise corporation, experi- mental teaching, social practice and technological competition to promote students continuing im- prove practical competency, suitability and innovativeness in diverse practical campaigns to form characteristics of cultivating management skilled talents.
