摘要
本文从国外职业教育关于提高教师实践教学能力的经验出发,对我国高职教师实践教学能力的现状和存在问题进行了分析和探讨,对提出了如何提高高职教师实践教学能力的可行路径和对策。
In accordance with the abroad vocational experience on improving teachers teaching competency, the essay meant to execute analysis on the current status of Chinese vocational teach- ers teaching ability and problems in existence, made explorations on access to improving vocation- al teachers＇teaching capacities.
