摘要
目的建立作业场所空气中六氯环戊二烯的气相色谱-质谱测定方法。方法采用活性炭管吸附法采集作业场所空气样品,用正已烷解吸后,气相色谱-质谱法分离测定。结果在优化的条件下,方法线性范围为0.1μg/ml~10μg/ml(r=0.9978),方法检出限为0.035 mg/m3,相对标准偏差为5.50%~11.17%,采样效率、解吸效率、穿透容量等采样参数均满足《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》(GBZ 159-2004)要求。结论该方法简便,灵敏准确可靠。
Objective To establish a method for determination of hexachlorocyclopentadiene in the workplace air by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. Methods Hexaehlorocyclopentadiene in workplace air was sampled with activated carbon tube and eluted with hexane and determined by GC - MS. Results The method had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1 μg/ml - 10 μg/ml with r = 0. 9978, the detection limit was 0. 035 mg/m3, the RS- Ds ranged form 5.50% to 11.17%. The sampling efficiencies, desorption effieieneies, penetration capacity meet Specifications of air sampling for hazardous substances monitoring in the workplace"( GBZ159 -2004). Conclu- sion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and suitable for determination of hexachlorocyclopentadiene in the workplace air.
