摘要
针对目前主办银行制度试点工作中出现的问题，尤其是试点范围扩大化的问题，本文对有关主银行的含义、产生类似制度安排的经济背景的共同性进行了研究；综述了国内外主银行制度及相关理论的研究成果，对目前我国推广或变相推广主办银行制度的条件及可能出现的后果进行了研究，提出了自己的看法。
This thesis focuses on the general definition of the main bank institution and its economic background,and concentrates on the r esearch of the terms and possible outcome of the expansion or hidden e xpansion of the application of the main bank institution in China,by firstly int roducing the relevant points of view and theories,then bringing up the practical problems concerning the experimental work on the main bank institution,especial ly the tendency of the automatic expansion.
