摘要
公司成败的关键在于其信念，这种信念就是价值观。本文提出：企业价值观是主导企业精神、风气、行为的内在灵魂，它是一种精神，一种价值，也是一种生产力，现代企业必须树立科学的价值观。
The values of enterprise are essential to individual ent erprise.The paper proposes that the values of enterprise are the spirit,mood,and soul.which dominate enterprises.The values can be transformed into productivity .Modern enterprises should establish scientific values.
