摘要
目的:系统评价川芎茶调散治疗偏头痛的疗效及安全性。方法:计算机全面检索维普资讯中文科技期刊数据库、CNKI中国期刊全文数据、中国生物医学期刊引文数据库、万方医学网数据库、Pubmed数据库,把符合纳入标准的7篇文献共计500名患者作为Meta-分析的对象。采用Cochrane协作网免费提供的Revman 4.2专用软件进行Meta-分析。结果:川芎茶调散与西药相比,其差异有统计学意义,RR合并=1.39,95%CI=[1.20,1.62],表明单用川芎茶调散比单用西药疗效好;川芎茶调散中中西药结合与单用西药相比,其差异有统计学意义,RR合并=1.31,95%CI=[1.13,1.51],表明川芎茶调散与西药联合比单用西药疗效好。结论:现有资料的Meta-分析表明,与其他对照药物相比,川芎茶调散可以显著提高治疗偏头痛的总有效率。
Objective： To assess the efficiency and safety of Chuan-xiong-cha-tiao powder on the treatment of migraine by using Cochrane system evaluation method. Methods： By using computer comprehensive information retrieval of Chinese science and technolo- gy periodical database, CNKI China journal full-text data, Chinese biomedical journals citation database, Wanfang medical network database, Pubmed database, and the 7 articles a total of 500 patients meet the inclusion criteria as the object of Meta-analysis. Using free Rcvman 4. 2 software for Meta- analysis through Cochrane network. Results： Chuan-xiong-cha-tiao powder compared with Western medicines, the difference was statistically significant, with RR = 1.39, 95 % CI = [ 1.20, 1.62 ], showed that single Chuan-xiong- cha-tiao powder than single western medicine curative effect was good; Chuan-xiong-cha-tiao powder in combination of Chinese medi- cine with western medicine and Western medicine alone was compared, the difference was statistically significant, with RR = 1.31, 95% CI = [ 1.13, 1.51 ], showed that Chuan-xiong-eha-tiao powder combined with western medicine than single western medicine curative effect is good. Conclusion： The information available in the Meta-analysis showed that, compared with other controlled drugs, Chuan-xiong-cba-tiao powder can significantly improve the total efficiency in treatment of migraine.
