摘要
目的:评价温筋通络法治疗肌筋膜炎的疗效和安全性。方法:将440例肌筋膜炎疹患者随机分为治疗组220例和对照组220例。治疗组给予温筋通络法为主的综合康复治疗,对照组给予常规的西医康复理疗。2组均治疗3个疗程(30 d)后观察疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈率为72.27%,优于对照组的49.55%。治疗组总体疗效、痊愈率、VAS评分改善等方面与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且痊愈率较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温筋通络法治疗肌筋膜炎安全有效,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective： To assess the efficacy and safety of warming and activating meridian therapy for treatment of myofascitis. Methods： 440 cases of myofascitis were randomly divided into the treatment group 220 cases and control group 220 ca- ses. The treatment group was given wanning and activating meridian therapy by comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, the control group was treated with routine western medicine rehabilitation for treatment. Two groups of patients were 30 days of treatment efficacy. Results： The cure rate of treatment group was 72. 27%, better than 49.55% of the control group. The treatment group com- pared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant effect, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion： Efficacy and safety of warming and activating meridian therapy for treatment of myofascitis.
