摘要
随着计算机网络的普及与应用 ,电子阅览室的作用越来越重要。文章论述了网络环境下电子阅览室的特点 ,探讨了电子阅览室的重要服务功能。
This paper has expounded properies of the electron reading room in network times,inquired into the function of electron reading room,and put forward solutions to some problems in the construction of the electron reading room.
