摘要
可持续发展观是人类对自身病态性文明历史进行理性反思而得出的一种全新的发展观,而提高作为实践主体的人的素质则是完善这一发展战略的根本保证。在此前提下构建的素质教育新思维。应以人的可持续发展为基本目标,致力于开发人的潜能。在教育目标的价值取向上注重主体知识、能力和素质结构的和谐发展,反对急功近利。在教育内容上应充实生态伦理、人文科学等内容以培养主体的高尚情操,弘扬为人类持续发展而约束自己的道德精神,同时倡导一种开放式的创新教育模式,营造一种宽松、民主的学习氛围,在教育形式、教育实践中强调受教育者创新精神和实践能力的培养,造就全面发展的,具有个性化和创造性的现代人格。
The sustainable development view is an absolutely new view obtained for the rational thinking about man's history of morbid civilization, whereas the essential guarantee to make the view perfect is to enhance people's quality education. Accordingly, this new quality education view is formed by setting the sustainable development as its fundamental goal, and people's potential will be brought out with our efforts. In the evaluation of education, we emphasize the development of people's knowledge, ability and quality. We do not prefer those who are eager for quick success and immediate benefit. Moreover, to train people's noble quality and carry forward man's moral spirit of the sustainable development, we should add the contents of ecological ethics and humanities in education. We will, consequently, advocate an open, inventive educational mode, and create a sort of favourable, democratic study atmosphere. All in all, we will lay due stress on the cultivation of people's inventive spirit and actual capability in the aspect of the educational form as well as the educational practice, thus training a modern personal quality with the traits of all - round development, unique individuality and creativity.
