摘要
对企业家进行再造，是建立现代企业制度和市场经济体制的关键环节之一，也是迎接新经济挑战的迫切要求，其途径有资质培训，岗位培训，“高层次化”教育等，并要注意与职业教育有机结合。职业教育在这一过程中应加强师资队伍建设，提高课程设置质量，调整教学方法，提高教学质量，以适应企业家再造的需要。
The re-education of enterprisers is one of the key links to establish a present-day enterprise system and market economy and it is also a pressing demand to challenge the new economy. The methods of re-education are quality training, pre-post training, 'high-degree training' etc, which should be closely related to vocational education. In the vocational education, it's important that qualified teachers, quality curriculum suitable teaching approaches and good teaching quality be provided to meet the demand of re - educating enterprisers.
