叶黄素和玉米黄质对眼睛的保护作用研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 叶黄素和玉米黄质属于含氧类胡萝卜素,主要存在于深绿色蔬菜、蛋黄等物质中,在人体的很多组织中也广泛分布,是视网膜和晶状体中色素的主要成分。越来越多的流行病学和临床试验表明,膳食、血液或视网膜中高含量的叶黄素和玉米黄质可以降低年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)及白内障的患病风险。本文综述了叶黄素和玉米黄质在预防和治疗AMD及白内障眼部疾病的研究进展。
