摘要
本文详细地报导了氯化锂在甲烷氧化偶联制乙烯过程中的助催化作用。大量实验结果证明,不仅在单一金属氧化物中,就是在多种金属氧化物的混合物以及在有载体存在下的金属氧化物中,只要加入氯化锂,就可明显的提高乙烯的选择性和收率,尤其是与硼酸、磷酸以及 LQ 载体配合使用时效果更好,使乙烯的选择性达80%,乙烯的收率达30%,而且甲烷的分压可提高到0.4atm。
The aid catalysis of LiCI in methane oxidative coupling reaction of prepacing ethylene is reported in detail in this paper A number of experimental results show that the selectivity of cata- lysts to ethylene and its yield will be oviously increased,as long as LiCl is added into catalyst met- al oxide,whether a single oxide,or a mixture of them,or the mixture on carriers.Especially when LiCl is used with boric acid,phosphoric acid and LQ carrier,the better results can be ob- tained In these cases,the selectivity to ethylene goes up to 80% and the yield of ethylene reaches 30% the presure of methane may be raised to 0.4atm.
