摘要
以果葡糖浆代替甲醛合成满足绿色化要求的果葡糖浆尿素树脂,探讨了热压温度、时间和固化剂用量对树脂胶合强度的影响,通过正交实验确定出果葡糖浆尿素胶粘剂的最佳工艺条件:在温度120℃,压力0.8 MPa,固化剂加入量质量分数为7%时,所压制的胶合板胶合强度最佳.
The fructose syrup instead of formaldehyde phenol resin synthesis meets the requirement of resin green. The effect of the hot pressing temperature, time and amount of curing agent on the resin bond strength is discussed, the optimum conditions of adhesive experiments on fruetose syrup urea are determined through orthogonal experiment : the temperature is 120 ℃ , the pressure is O. 8 MPa, when mass fraction of agent is 7% , the bond strength of plywood is better.
