流式细胞术检测血小板膜糖蛋白与血栓性疾病变化关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血栓性疾病(包括脑血栓、心肌梗死和深静脉血栓)患者血小板活化因子(检测CD62p的变化)与急性血栓性疾病的关系.方法选取脑血栓、心肌梗死和深静脉血栓患者各50例为观察组,同期20名健康体检者为对照组,采用流式细胞术进行血小板活化标志物CD62p的检测.结果血栓性疾病(脑血栓、心肌梗死和深静脉血栓)患者治疗前后血小板活化程度较正常人高;治疗前CD62p表达率较治疗后及对照组明显升高,治疗后CD62p仍高于对照组.结论血小板活化因子CD62p在血栓性疾病患者中变化明显,可作为血栓性疾病患者治疗及预后的动态监测指标. Objective To investigate the relationship between thrombotic diseases (cerebral thrombosis, myocardial ischemia and deep venous thrombosis) and platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62p. Method 50 patients with deep venous thrombosis were chosen as observation group and 20 healthy persons during the same period as control group. The platelet activation markers CD62p was detected by flow cytometry. Results Before and after the treatment, CD62p expressions in patients with deep venous thrombosis were significantly higher than those of healthy people,CD62p expressions were significantly higher than those of the control group,but CD62p expressions in patients were still significantly higher than those of healthy people. Conclusion Platelel activation factor CD62p can change significantly in patients with thrombotic diseases,whieb can be considered as a dynamic monitoring indicator for the treatment and prognosis of natients with thrombotic diseases.
