输卵管通液诊疗仪结合手动推注对比剂减少误诊输卵管阻塞的研究

摘要 目的研究在子宫输卵管造影中减少输卵管阻塞假阳性诊断的方法。方法采用子宫输卵管通液诊疗仪推注对比剂进行子宫输卵管造影,对诊断至少有一侧输卵管阻塞的患者继续采用手动推注对比剂。结果总共179例患者,其中87例患者进一步接受手动推注对比剂。诊疗仪+手动推注组以原发性不孕患者为主。采用诊疗仪+手动推注后输卵管阻塞的诊断率从48.6%(87/179)降低到20.1%(36/179)。结论诊疗仪推注对比剂进行子宫输卵管造影诊断输卵管阻塞时加用手动推注对比剂可以减少输卵管阻塞的假阳性诊断,对原发性不孕患者诊断输卵管阻塞时更应慎重。 Objective To study the method of reducing the rate of false positive diagnosis of tubal obstruction during hysterosalpingography. Methods Automatic injection device was commonly applied during hysterosalpingography. Here we manually injected contrast agent for those diagnosed tubal obstruction. Results A total of 179 patients were included in the study, of whom 87 patients were further conducted manual injection of contrast agents, reducing the tubal obstruction diagnosis from 48.6% to 20.1%, and without increasing the patients' pain feeling. Conclusions Automatic injection combining manual injection of contrast agent can help to reduce false tubal occlusion diagnosis. Doctors should be more careful in diagnosis of tubal obstruction for primary infertile patients.
