摘要
在单台旋流器试验结果的基础上对凡口铅锌矿尾矿进行了分级工业试验研究,试验结果表明:保持旋流器给矿压力0.4 MPa以上,采用沉砂嘴直径12 mm、溢流管直径26 mm的结构参数,可以获得浓度高于50%的旋流器沉砂,其相对于Φ24 m浓密机溢流产率为26.17%~36.15%。同时,旋流器沉砂的过滤性能得到一定改善,圆盘过滤机滤饼水分可降至25%以下;陶瓷过滤机滤饼水分能低至13%左右。
In this paper , the industrial tests for Fankou Lead -Zinc mine was done based on the test results using a single cyclone .The hydrocyclone grit concentration was higher than 50%when the pressure was kept above 0.4 Mpa, and the diameter of the grit mouth and the overflow pipe be-ing 12 mm and 26 mm respectively .The yield with respect to the Φ24 m thickener overflow was 26 .17%~36 .15%.At the same time , the filtering performance of hydrocyclone grit was im-proved.The disc filter cake moisture was reduced to 25%and the ceramic filter cake moisture was reduced to 13%.
