球头铣刀加工倾角对汽轮机叶片变形影响 被引量:1

摘要 球头铣刀加工汽轮机叶片时的加工倾角是影响叶片加工质量的关键因素之一。通过建立球头铣刀加工汽轮机叶片的数学模型,应用MATLAB软件的人机对话功能,编制了计算球头铣刀加工叶片时作用在叶片3个坐标方向上的力的图形界面。从而可以计算出作用在叶片法线方向的作用力,该力可以反映加工时叶片的变形情况。通过计算验证:当球头铣刀加工汽轮机叶片时的加工倾角为45°时,作用在叶片法线方向上的力最小,叶片变形最小。 When the ball end milling cutter machining the blade of turbine, the machining inclination angle is one of the key fac- tors that affects the quality of the blade. According to the mathematical model established for ball end milling cutter in machining of the turbine blade, MATLAB software was used to set up the man-machine dialogue function, the graphic interface was programmed for cal- culation of the force acted on the blade normal direction in three coordinate in machining by ball end milling cutter. Therefore the force acted on the blade normal direction was calculated, which reflected the blade deformation in machining. It is validated through calcula- tion: When the inclination angle of the ball end milling cutter in machining of turbine blade is at 45~, the force acted in the normal di- rection of the blade is the smallest, and the distortion of the blade is the minimum.
