摘要
本文以猪产肉性能改良为例,阐述了育种方案最优化方法的实际应用。得到模拟条件下的最优方案,并探讨了猪育种中的3种选择方法。结果表明,育种改良的遗传进展大小顺序为SM3>SM2>SM1,而总贴现净育种收益大小顺序正好相反。对最优方案的灵敏度分析结果表明:(1)成绩测验费用对净育种收益影响不大;(2)决定留种率的后备种公猪数很少时,育种收益对它非常敏感,但敏感度随其数量的增加而逐步下降;(3)育种收益对风险因子十分敏感。
The application of animal breeding scheme optimization is studied by an example ofpork productivity improvement in pig breeding. The optimum scheme is designed under simu-lated condition. The results of comparison among three main selection methods indicate thatthe order of genetic progress is SM3>SM2>SM1, but the total discounted net breeding re-turn is just on the contrary. The sensitivity analysis of optimum scheme shows that: (1) per-formance testing cost has a little effect on net breeding return; (2) when the number ofreplacement boars determining selection ratio is small, the sensitivity of net breeding return ishigh, but it decreases with the increase of number; (3) the net breeding return is very sensitiveto risk factor.
