摘要
本试验结果认为金针菇(Collybia vellutipes)最佳培养料配方为棉籽壳或木屑75％,麸子20％,豆饼粉3％,糖1％,过磷酸钙1％;菌丝生长的最适温度为25～28℃,子实体发育最适温度为13～15℃;菌丝生长发育的最适湿度为培养料含水量60％～65％,子实体发育时期空气最适相对湿度为85～90％。
The result of this study showed that the best culture medium for Collybia vellutipesgrowth consisted of 75% cotton seed hull or sawdust, 20% wheat bran. 3% soybean meal,1% sugar and 1% calcium superphosphate. The optimum temperature for hypha growth was25～28℃ for fruiting body development was 13～15℃. The optimum humidity for hypha de-velopment was 60%～65% water content of the culture medium, and the optimum relativehumidity of air for fruiting body development was 85%～90%.
