纳米活性炭纤维处理大型养猪场废水的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 纳米活性炭纤维在处理大型养猪场废水中具有净化效果好、去除氮磷能力强、工艺设备简单、投资运行费用低、生态效益显著等特点.通过对新材料的应用,利用材料本身的特性形成生物动态平衡,使大型养猪场的废水处理达到更高的标准.结果表明:纳米活性炭纤维可以有效去除大型养猪场废水中的各种污染物.试验开始阶段,各污染物的去除率为:总氮占41.24%-59.68%;CODcr占36.3%-47.7%.生物膜达到稳定时各污染的去除率为:总氮占59.68%-75.42%;CODcr占58.7%-71.65%.同时,整个过程显示,纳米活性炭纤维对污水浊度的去除始终保持很好的效果. In the treatment of piggery wastewater,nano-activated carbon fibers can be used for they are good for purifying,and removing nitrogen and phosphorus,they are simple in equipment and their running costs are low,but their ecological benefits are obvious.The application of new materials can form bio-dynamic balance and help the piggery wastewater treatment to achieve a higher standard.The result shows that nano-activated carbon fibers can remove all kinds of contaminants effectively.At the first stage of experimentation,their rates of removal are:TN 41.24%-59.68%;CODcr 36.3%-47.7%.When the biological membranes get steady,the rates of removal will get higher:TN 59.68%-75.42%;CODcr 58.7%- 71.65%.In the whole process,nano-activated carbon fibers can keep good performance in the treatment.
