摘要
目的观察氯吡格雷片联合辛伐他汀片治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法选取2011年8月至2012年8月在我院治疗的不稳定型心绞痛患者92例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组46例,对照组给予常规治疗,实验组则在常规治疗的基础上联合应用氯吡格雷片和辛伐他汀片。观察两组患者经过治疗后每周心绞痛复发的次数以及心绞痛持续的时间,同时检测对比两组患者在治疗前后血小板、三酰甘油、胆固醇的浓度变化;并对比两组患者的总体疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,实验组每周复发心绞痛的次数以及心绞痛持续的时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者的血小板、三酰甘油、胆固醇的浓度均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的总体有效率显著高于对照组(91.30%vs.71.74%,P<0.05),两组均发生1例呕吐。结论氯吡格雷片联合辛伐他汀片治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效显著,且安全性高。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of clopidogrel tablet combined with simvastatin tablet on unstable angina pectoris.Methods 92 cases of unstable angina pectoris patients who have been treated in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2012 were divided into experimental group and control group randomly,46 cases in each group.Control group was given conventional treatment,while experimental group was given clopidogrel tablet combined with simvastatin tablet on the basis of conventional treatment.The stenocardia recurrent times in every week and stenocardia lasting time after treatment of the two groups were observed,the concentration changes of platelet,triacylglycerol,cholesterol and the overall treatment effective rate,adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the stenocardia recurrent times in every week and stenocardia lasting time of experimental group were obviously less than those of control group（P ＜ 0.05） ;The platelet,triacylglycerol and cholesterol concentrations of experimental group were obviously lower than those of control group （P ＜ 0.05） ; The overall effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group （91.30％ vs.71.74％,P ＜ 0.05）,there was one case of adverse reaction in each group with vomitting respectively.Conclusion Clopidogrel tablet combined with simvastatin tablet has significant clinical effect on the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with high security.
