摘要
目的氧氟沙星眼凝胶稀释后冲洗泪道治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法我院167例(205眼)慢性泪囊炎患者随机分为2组。试验组107眼,应用0.9%生理盐水稀释氧氟沙星眼凝胶进行泪道冲洗;对照组98眼,使用常规生理盐水进行泪道冲洗。计算两组治愈率、好转率、有效率。结果试验组、对照组的有效率分别为92.5%、74.5%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论用氧氟沙星眼凝胶稀释后冲洗泪道治疗慢性泪囊炎操作简单,安全有效。
Objective To analyze the effect of ofloxacin gel in washing lacrimal passages for treating the chronic dacryocystitis.Methods Experiment group was treated by washing lacrimal passages with ofloxacin gel,control group was treated by sodium chloride.The total effective rates of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of experiment group （92.5 ％） was higher than that of control group （74.5 ％）,there was significant difference between the two groups （P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusion The total effective rate of chronic dacryocystitis was improved by using ofloxacin gel in washing lacrimal passages,and the methods is simple and safe.
