摘要
在即将进入 2 1世纪 ,面临加入世贸组织的形势下 ,我国油脂工业如何发展以及科研工作如何配合 ,以适应新形势 ,从而达到相互促进的目的。本文综述了目前国外油脂研究和发展的各个方面 ,并对营养研究 ,新产品开发 ,生物技术以及加工技术等 。
At the gate of 21 st century,our country is going to be a member of W.T.O..Our oil industry and its scientific research work is facing a new topic of how to deal with the situation. With review on the update oil and fat technology development outside,this paper gives a view point on the topic,dealing with nutrition and health,new product,biotechnology and processing.
