摘要
"病证效"结合的临床模式是中西医结合医学发展的趋势,该模式在病证结合的基础上进行综合的疗效评价,能够凸显中医临床诊疗的优势。机体在病证状态和药物作用下,引起全身水平的内源性代谢物及代谢网络变化。运用代谢组学技术考察和分析这些代谢的变化,可以探究病证本质,阐明药物作用机理。本文对近年来代谢组学在"病证效"结合研究中的应用进行综述,将代谢组学运用到"病证效"结合研究中,有助于促进中西医结合的发展。
As an important clinical mode,the ＂disease-syndrome-efficacy＂ integration is a development trend of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） and western medicine combination.The mode combined comprehensive efficacy evaluation based on ＂disease-syndrome＂ integration is able to highlight advantages of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment.With the status of disease-syndrome and effects of Chinese herbal medicine treatments,the endogenous metabolites and metabolic network of body changed in the systemic level.According to the analysis of these metabolic changes by metabolomic technologies,it is helpful to investigate the essence of disease-syndrome and explain the mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine actions.This review summarized the current applications of metabolomics in the area of ＂disease-syndrome-efficacy＂ integration research.Metabolomics applied in the ＂ disease-syndrome-efficacy＂ integration research is helpful to facilitate the development of TCM and western medicine combination.
