摘要
目的探讨信息技术优化护理操作核对流程,保障病人医疗安全与提高护理工作效率。方法利用无线网络、手持终端、条形码技术,在各个护理操作环节中进行计算机核对。结果在各项护理操作中实现病人身份强制核对,身份核对准确率达到100%,护理不良事件发生率显著下降,护士用于书面书写时间大大缩短。结论护理安全核对系统的应用有利于提高身份核对准确率,减少护理差错和不良事件,简化护理工作流程,提高工作效率,为实施优质护理提供保障。
Objectives To discuss the use of information technology to optimize nursing terminal verification process,to ensure patient＇s safety,and to increase nursing efficiency.MethodsTo use wireless network,hand-held terminal and barcode technique to conduct computed verification for all nursing procedures.ResultsIn all nursing procedures,compulsory patient identity verification was done.Verification accuracy reached 100%.Nursing adverse events reduced significantly.Time that nurses used for writing was also largely shortened.ConclusionsThe application of nursing safety verification system can increase identity verification accuracy,reduce nursing errors and adverse events,simplify nursing workflow,promote working efficiency,and provide basis for quality nursing.
