摘要
地面造型生产刹车支架,生产效率低,工艺出品率低,铸件废品率高。为提高成品率,在分析原工艺后,采用了叠箱造型工艺和泡沫陶瓷过滤浇注技术,新工艺明显提高了铸件成品率,降低了生产成本,取得了很好的经济效益。
It was low production efficiency and yield,and high rejection rate for the floor molding process to produce the brake bracket.In order to improve the yield,after analyzing the original process,stack molding process and foam ceramic filter technology were adopted,which apparently increased the yield of the castings and decreased the production cost.And good economic benefits were obtained.
