摘要
针对横机产业不断发展的趋势,在整体管状结构基础上开发局部管状结构是横机织物的一大突破。为此,通过进行单面局部管状结构和双面局部管状结构横机织物的结构与工艺设计,分析影响局部管状横机织物管状结构部分的因素并试织实物。结果表明:局部的管状结构可通过变换色纱、组织结构、参与编织的横列数等方式展示其织物结构立体感强、可多色纱参与编织、外观结构可调整性强等特征,具有较好的市场前景和应用价值;有别于整体管状结构的局部管状横机织物,其织物开发具有可操作性,可进行产业化推广。
In view of the continuous development trend of the flat knitting machine industry,the development of a partial tubular flat knitted fabric based on the unitary tubular structure is a big breakthrough.For this,structure and process designs for both the single face and double face partial tubular flat knitted fabrics are performed firstly,and then the influencing factors are analyzed.And finally trial knitting was carried out.The results displayed that the partial tubular flat knitted fabric can demonstrate its properties such as strong three-dimensional appeal,multiple colored yarn knitting,and adjustable appearance by means of changing colored yarns,fabric structure and row number.Differed from the unitary tubular flat knitted fabric,this partial tubular flat knitted fabric is easy to operate and worthy of promotion for industrialization,and has good market prospects and application value.
