摘要
目的探讨肠胃清(黄芪、党参、白术、猪苓、薏苡仁、八月札、野葡萄藤、红藤)对人体结肠癌LoVo细胞体内外侵袭转移的影响。方法镜下观察肠胃清对结肠癌细胞形态的影响,Transwell、划痕实验观察肠胃清对结肠癌细胞侵袭转移的影响,构建裸鼠肺部转移模型,在体内观察肠胃清对结肠癌转移的作用。结果肠胃清能改变LoVo细胞的形态,体内和体外均能抑制LoVo细胞的侵袭和转移并具有剂量依赖性,但效果略差于奥沙利铂,与奥沙利铂联合效果优于单用奥沙利铂。结论肠胃清抗结肠癌分子机理应进一步作研究。
AIM To explore the effect of Changweiqing Extract（Astragali Radix,Codonopsis Radix,Atractylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma,Polyporus,Coicis Semen,Akebiae Fructus,Vitis quinquangularis Caulis,Sargentodoxae Caulis） on invasion and metastasis of human colon carcinoma LoVo cells.METHODS Morphology of LoVo cell treated with Changweiqing Extract was detected by microscope.Transwell and scratches experiments were used to observe the invasion metastasis of LoVo cell.Nude mouse model for lung metastasis was made for in vivo investigation.RESULTS Changweiqing Extract could induce morphology changes of LoVo cells,and inhibit their invasion and metastasis in vivo and in vitro in a concentration-dependent manner.Effect of Changweiqing Extract to anti tumor was slightly lower than that of oxaliplatin,but both synergistic effect was superb to the single application of oxaliplatin.CONCLUSION This research provides basic information for further study of the molecular mechanism of Changweiqing Extract on LoVo cells.
