摘要
目的:分析药品储存条件及主要影响因素,加深对药品储存条件的认识,提供有价值信息。方法:以754种西药的储存条件为考察对象,对温度、光线、封闭性三因素进行独立和组合统计分析,研究药品储存现状。结果:754种西药中,50.13%可以常温存放,62.73%要求遮光,35.15%要求隔湿、隔气;有特殊要求的占9.15%,要求非常温下存放,且要密封和避光的品种占8.09%,要求密封和避光的品种占17.38%,要求非常温下密封存放的品种占8.49%,要求非常温下避光的品种占5.31%,对温度、光线、湿度均没有特殊要求的品种共占12.6%;储存温度分类有24种。结论:上述数据能反映药品储存的实际情况,在药品流通、贮存、使用中应注意温度、光线、密封性的相关要求,方能保证药品质量。
OBJECTIVE To deepen understanding and provide valuable information about drug storage condition through analysis and research on drug storage condition and influencing factors.METHODS Storage conditions of 754 western medicines were inputted into computer for statistical analysis.The effects of temperature,light and sealing property were analyzed independently or combinedly.RESULTS Among the 754 drug preparations,50.13% should be stored at room temperature,62.73% be protected from light,and 35.15% be protected under seal.9.15% have special instructions for storage.17.38% should be stored at specific temperature under seal condition from light.8.49% should be stored at specific temperature under seal condition.5.31% should be from light at specific temperature,and 12.6% have no special requirements.The required temperatures were divided into 24 classes.CONCLUSION The above data represent the current status of drug storage.In order to ensure drug quality,requirements for the storage conditions related to temperature,light and sealing property should be paid close attention to during drug circulation,storage and use.
