摘要
主要研究如何对酿酒葡萄进行合理分级以及对葡萄酒的质量进行客观评价的问题,结合肯德尔和谐系数法、聚类分析法、典型相关分析法和模拟退火法等方法建立了T检验模型、回归模型、最优化模型以及仿真检验模型。从而用葡萄酒的质量和酿酒葡萄的理化指标部分表示葡萄酒质量与葡萄酒理化指标之间的关系,建立了酿酒葡萄理化指标与葡萄酒理化指标之间的联系并表达出其相关度。并利用仿真验证各步骤的合理性,最终给出葡萄酒评价的新方法。
This paper mainly studied how to make reasonable wine grapes for wine quality grading and evaluate the quality of the wine objectively. Therefore,this article combined with Kendall coefficient of concordance, cluster analysis, canonical correlation analysis and simulated annealing method and so on to establish the T-test model ,regression model,optimization model and simulation test model. Thus the quality of wine and wine grapes physical and chemical indicators could indicate part of the relationship between the quality of the wine and wine physical and chemical indicators,and set up the link between the physical and chemical indicators of wine grapes and wine physical and chemical indicators, and expressed their relevance. Finally ,the article used the simulation model inspection to certificate the consistency of each steps and gave the new method of evaluating wine quality.
