Determination of bisphenol A in packaged drinking water by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要 目的:建立定量分析包装饮用水中双酚A的方法,并对北京市售包装饮用水进行检测。方法水样中的双酚A经supelclea0。”ENVITM-18固相萃取小柱富集、甲醇淋洗、氮气吹干、甲醇定容后,采用液相色谱-电喷雾离子阱质谱法进行定性、定量分析。结果:双酚A浓度在55-2200μg/L的线性范围内,二级质谱的回归方程为y=8619.8x-8700.2,相关系数为o.9999,检出限(S/N=3)为6ug/L。该方法的回收率为89.0%~104.8%,日内相对标准偏差(n-4)为2.4%-5.1%,日间相对标准偏差fn=3)为4.1%~8.1%。在随机检测的包装饮用水中,20种瓶装水中有8种检出双酚A,4种桶装水中均检出双酚A,但浓度远低于目前的生活饮用水标准。结论:本方法能简便、快速、准确地.枪测自.装蚀用水中的双酚A。 Purpose: To establish an analytical method for quantification of bisphenol A in packaged drinking water, and then to detect bisphenol A in packaged drinking water products sold in Beijing market. Methods: Bisphenol A was extracted from the packaged drinking water sample by a SupelcleanTM ENVITM- 18 column, eluted with methanol, dried by nitrogen flow and dissolved in methanol. The extract was analyzed by liquid chromatography-ion trap mass spectrometry with electrospray ionization. Results: In the concentration range of 55-2200 pg/L, the calibration curve of bisphenol A was linear, the linear equation was y=8619.8x-8700.2 with the correlation coefficient of 0.9999, and the detection limit was 6 pg/L. The recoveries from spiked samples ranged from 89.0% to 104.8%. Relative standard deviations of intra-day (n=4) and inter-day (n=3) were in the ranges 2.4%-5.1% and 4.1%-8.1%, respectively. 20 bottled drinking water products and 4 barreled drinking water products in the market were randomly analyzed by the proposed method. Bisphenol A was detected in 8 bottled drinking water products and all 4 barreled drinking water products, but the concentrations were all far below the limit concentration required in standards for drinking water quality(GB 5749--2006). Conclusions: The method presented herein could quantify bisphenol A in packaged drinking water conveniently, quickly and accurately.
