超微粉中药对人工感染鸡毒支原体病鸡的治疗试验 被引量:11

The treatment trials of traditional Chinese medicine supermicropowder for disease chicken artificially infected with mycoplasma gallisepticum

摘要 将超微粉中药复方参麻散和复方明草散分别制成3g/mL的试验药液。用鸡毒支原体(MG)标准株S6感染健康的16日龄鸡毒支原体阴性鸡,攻毒后第5天用鸡新城疫疫苗激发,出现临床症状后,中药治疗组分别用0.2%(高剂量)、0.1%(中剂量)、0.05%(低剂量)的试验药液混饮,进行治疗。同时设西药对照组、攻毒对照组和空白对照组。通过治愈率、平均增重及气囊损伤减少率评价两个中药组方的治疗效果。结果表明,复方参麻散的效果优于复方明草散,高、中剂量的复方参麻散对鸡毒支原体感染的治愈率分别为96.5%、96.4%,且能明显提高感染鸡平均增重,减轻MG对气囊的损伤。 The herbal superfine powder of the Compound Shenma Powder and the Compound Mingcao Powder were made into the test drug solution, whose concentration was 3 g/mL, respectively, 16-day-old healthy MG negative chicken were infected with MG standard strain $6 and immuned with Newcostle dis- ease vaccine on the fifth day, after the onset of clinical symptoms, the treatment group were treated with 0.2% (high dose), 0.1% (medium dose ), 0.05% (low-dose) of the test liquid mixed drink. At the same time, western medicine control group, virus control group and blank control group were set. And the cure rate, average weight gain and the diminution rate of the air sac injury were evaluated to determine the ther- apeutic effect of the two Chinese traditional medicine. The results showed that the effect of the Compound Shenma Powder was superior to that of the Compound Mingcao Powder, and the curative rates for Myco- plasma gallisepticum infection were 96.5%, 96.4% in the high, middle dose of the Compound Shenma Powder, respectively." In addition, it could significantly improve the average weight gain of the infected chicken and reduce the injury of MG to air sacs.
