摘要
用X射线实时成像系统对铝合金挤压铸造件进行内部质量评价,采用正交试验方法对最佳的无损探伤工艺参数(包括增益、亮度、对比度、伽玛、去噪)进行研究。通过理论和试验分析,最终确定了最佳的无损探伤工艺参数:增益值400,亮度值40,对比度值-20,伽玛值360,去噪值9。利用最佳的工艺参数能够快速准确的完成对挤压铸造铝合金件的内部质量评价。
The X-ray real-time-image system being used to evaluate the internal quality of aluminum alloy extrusion-castings has been discussed. The best nondestructive testing process parameters such as the gain, brightness, contrast, gamma and de-noising have been investi- gated by means of orthogonal test. Through the theoretical and trend curve analysis the opti- mum nondestruciive testing parameters have been settled finally. The gain value is 400, brightness is 40, contrast value is -20, gamma value is 360 and denoising value is 9. The internal quality evaluation of the aluminum alloy extrusions and castings can be completed faster and more accurate using the settled optimum parameters.
