摘要
试验研究了热轧对Mg-0.6Zr合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在400℃热轧温度下,Mg-0.6Zr合金板材塑性较好,总变形量达80%而不发生开裂,热轧过程中Mg-0.6Zr合金发生了动态再结晶,但仍保留有一部分纤维状的变形组织,抗拉强度得到较大提高,塑性下降。
The effect of hot rolling on microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg- 0.6Zr alloy has been investigated. The results show that the Mg-0.6Zr alloy keeps good plas- ticity while the hot roiling at 400℃ ; the alloy doesn' t crack under total deformation rate of 80% ; during hot rolling dynamic re-crystallization takes place in Mg-0. 6Zr alloy but some deformed fibre structure still existed, so the tensile strength has been increased greatly but the plasticity being reduced.
