摘要
对采自山西中部7种地衣标本,从形态学、解剖学及化学方面进行综合观察研究,利用薄层层析法(TCL)对地衣的化学成分进行检测,并根据观察及检测结果对地衣进行了聚类分析。结果表明:7种地衣的基本结构具有相似性,均为异层型地衣,由上皮层、藻层、髓层及下皮层构成,不同属种地衣的繁殖器官类型及附属结构有所差异;检测出含有化学成分4种;并通过聚类对其亲缘关系进行探讨。
With seven species of lichens in central Shanxi province, the detection was conducted to study the morphology, anato- my and chemistry, employ thin layer chromatography (TLC) to analyze chemical constituents to analyze similar traits. The lichen structures of seven species are similar, composed of the upper cortex, the algal layer, the medulla and the next cor- tex, while different species of lichen propagative organs and accessory structures are different. Four kinds of chemical con- stituents were tested. The genetic relationship was discussed with cluster analysis.
