摘要
目的观察氟康唑滴耳液外用治疗外耳道真菌感染临床治疗效果,为临床的治疗提供参考依据。方法选取耳鼻喉科收治的124例(173耳)外耳道真菌感染患者,并随机分为观察组62例86耳和对照组62例87耳,观察组采用氟康唑滴耳液进行治疗,对照组采用达克宁霜进行治疗,2个星期后,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果,随访1年后,对比两组患者的复发率。结果观察组治愈率、显效率、总有效率分别为59.30%、26.74%、94.19%,对照组分别为42.53%、18.39%、73.56%,观察组治愈率、显效率以及总有效率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);1年后,观察组的复发率为6.17%,明显低于对照组的复发率27.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟康唑滴耳液外用治疗外耳道真菌感染具有良好的临床疗效,且复发率低,值得进一步推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of fluconazole ear drops in the treatment of fungal infections of exter- nal auditory canal. METHODS 124 patients with mycotic infections were selected in our hospital （173 ears）, they were randomly divided into the observation group （62 cases, 86 ears） and control group （62 cases, 87 ears）. The patients in the observation group were treated by fluconazole ear drops, while the control group was given the miconazole cream, 2 weeks later, the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups was compared, and the recurrent rate was compared one year after the follow-up. RESULTS In the observation group, the cure rate was 59.30%, the effective rate was 26.74%, the total effective rate was 94. 19%; while in the control group, the cure rate was 42.53%, the effective rate was 18. 39% and the total effective rate was 73.56%, the above indexes of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. one year later, the recurrence rate of the observation group was 6.17%, significantly lower than that of the control group （27.63%）, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Flueonazole ear drops has good clinical effect in the treatment of external acoustic meatus fungi, and the recurrence rate is low, it is worth popularizing.
