摘要
简要介绍了蒸汽发生器传热管划伤诱发的应力腐蚀开裂案例及国内外研究现状,分析总结了划伤过程对材料微观组织带来的变化、划伤产生的残余应力、环境对划伤后材料腐蚀性能的影响以及划伤诱发的应力腐蚀开裂的机制。阐述了划伤产生的原因与控制方法,强调了划伤控制对未来核电站用传热管安全可靠服役的重要性。
This paper introduces some cases of scratch-induced stress corrosion cracking (SISCC) of steam generator tubings in pressurized water reactor (PWR) and current studies at home and abroad. The effect of scratching on the microstructure, residual stress and corrosion performance of materials after scratch and the mechanism of SISCC are discussed. The causes of scratches and control method are introduced, the significance of scratch control for reliability of in-service steam generator tubings is emphasizeed.
