锌镁合金防腐蚀镀层的制备工艺研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 作为一种新型的锌基钢板保护层,锌镁合金得到了越来越多的关注。综述了近年来锌镁合金镀层制备技术的研究进展,指出锌镁合金镀层具有比镀锌钢板更优异的防腐蚀性能。阐述和分析了电镀、热浸镀和真空镀等各种锌镁合金镀层的制备技术。 As a new type ofzinc-base corrosion resistant coating on steel sheet, the zinc-magnesium (Zn-Mg) alloying coating has drawn more and more attention. This paper reviews the research progress of Zn-Mg coatings prepared by various technologies in recent years, and indicates that Zn-Mg coatings have better corrosion resistance than galvanized steel. Various deposition processes such as electroplating, hot-dip plating and vacuum plating are described and analyzed.
