双侧肥大性下橄榄核变性1例报告并文献复习 被引量：4

摘要 肥大性下橄榄核变性（hypertrophic olivary degeneration,HOD）是继发于齿状核-红核-橄榄环路（又称Guillain-Mollaret三角）损害后出现的下橄榄核远距跨突触变性疾病。该病磁共振上以下橄榄核体积增大并T1WI低信号、T2WI高信号为主要表现,腭肌阵挛、齿状核-红核震颤和眼肌阵挛是其临床特征。Guillain-Mollaret三角的损伤可引起单侧或双侧下橄榄核肥大变性,
