摘要
黑果枸杞样品经微波消解处理,采用电感耦合等离子体-质谱法测定样品中钾、钠、钙、镁、铁、锌、铜、锰、钴、镍、铅、砷、汞、镉、铬等15种微量元素的含量。方法快速准确、灵敏度高,各元素的线性系数均大于0.9997,加标回收率在92.60%—103.20%之间,相对标准偏差小于5%。
The sample of Lycium Ruthenieum Murr. was digested with microwave,and contents of K, Na, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Co, Ni, Pb, As, Hg, Cd, and Cr in the sample were determined by ICP-MS. This method is easy,quick,accurate and the results showed that the linear coefficients of the 15 kinds of trace elements were better allan 0. 9997. The recovery of standard addition ranged from 92. 60% to 103. 20% and RSDs were less than 5%.
