摘要
信息作为重要的要素资源,是组织知识构建的基础。在产学研合作创新过程中,创新主体间的信息链接变得更为紧密,信息资源得以丰富和汇聚,组织间信息共享为知识的共同创造提供了条件。文章通过对产学研共同体信息供应链的构成机理及信息供需双方的演化博弈进行分析,探究其组织结构模式选择的影响因素,对于构建稳定的产学研共同体信息供应链,提高产学研主体的信息能力,改善信息利用效率,促进产学研合作创新具有重要意义。
As important essential resources, information is the basis for organizational knowledge construction. During the cooperative innovation process of the industry, university and research institute, information link between innovation entities becomes closer, information resources are enriched and converged, and information sharing among organizations provides the conditions for the co-creation of knowledge. Based on the analysis of the formation mechanism of the information supply chain of the industry-uni- versity-research institute community, and the evolutional gaming of the information supplier and demander, this article explores the influencing factors of the selection of the organizational structural patterns. It＇ s of great significance in constructing the stable infor mation supply chain of the industry-university-research institute community, enhancing the information capabilities of the industry-u- niversity-research institute entities, improving the information utilization efficiency, and promoting the cooperative innovation of the industry, university and research institute.
