摘要
目的:研究藤黄不同炮制品对小鼠腹腔炎症的影响。方法:小鼠腹腔分别给予藤黄及其炮制品,观察不同剂量(5、10、15、20、25、30 mg/kg)、不同时间(1、2、3、4 h)下,藤黄生品、藤黄高压蒸制品、藤黄豆腐制品、藤黄清水制品对小鼠腹腔渗出液中蛋白含量和炎症介质前列腺素(PG)E2含量的影响。结果:藤黄生品及各炮制品均能导致小鼠腹腔的炎症反应,当藤黄生品给药剂量为25 mg/kg、给药3 h时,其所致炎症反应最强;藤黄经炮制后,其致炎作用有所下降,致炎作用顺序为:藤黄生品>藤黄豆腐制品>藤黄清水制品>藤黄高压蒸制品。结论:藤黄具有致炎作用,但经炮制能降低藤黄的致炎作用。
OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of different processed products of Garcinia morella on peritoneal inflammation in mice.METHODS:Mice were given G.morella and its processed products intraperitoneally.The effects of G.morella,high pressure processed products,bean curd processed products and water processed products on the contents of protein and PGE2 in peritoneal exudate were observed.RESULTS:G.morella and its processed products could induce the intraperitoneal inflammation of mice,especially G.morella 25 mg/kg for 3 h.After processing,the proinflammatory effect of G.Morella reduced,in descending order:raw G.Morella,bean curd processed products,water processed products and high pressure processed products.CONCLUSIONS:G.morella have obvious proinflammatory effect and its effect has been reduced after being processed.
