摘要
分析图书情报学专业阅读与研究的意义与图书情报学研究存在的问题,高校图书馆馆员的知识技能和开展专业阅读与学术研究的优势,认为:专业阅读与学术研究是图书馆提高核心竞争力的必然要求,是驱动高校图书馆服务能力提升的引擎。期盼图书馆员重视专业阅读与学术研究,提升图书馆服务能力。
The paper analyses the significance and importance of library and information science research, the problems of library and information studies, the role of knowledge and skills of university librarians, advantages of college librarians to conduct professional reading and academic research. It concludes that professional reading and academic research is the inevitable requirement for library to increase core competitiveness, and is the engine driving university library＇s service capacity. The author hopes to draw libraries and librarians＇ attention to professional reading and academic research, so as to help enhance the service capacity of libraries.
