摘要
通过34GrNi2Mo钢与软氮化35钢在干摩擦、油润滑及不同载荷条件下进行滑动摩擦试验,比较其摩擦磨损性能并分析磨损机制。结果表明,干摩擦时的摩擦系数和磨损量要明显高于油润滑时的摩擦系数和磨损量。在干摩擦与油润滑2种工况下,平均摩擦系数均随载荷的增加而增加。在200 r/min、400 N载荷条件下,干摩擦表面尤为粗糙不平,磨料颗粒脱落较为严重,出现清晰凹坑以及犁沟状磨痕;油润滑摩擦表面相对干摩擦表面没有出现明显粗糙不平,凹坑以及犁沟状磨痕则略显模糊。
The 35 steel dry friction and oil lubrication conditions, and under different loads sliding friction test, friction and wear properties and analysis of wear mechanisms by 34GrNi2Mo steel with soft nitride. Results show that the friction coefficient and wear amount of dry friction to be significantly higher than the oil lubrication of the friction coefficient and the wear amount in the two kinds of conditions of the dry friction with oil lubrication, the average coefficient of friction with the increase of the load increase, dry friction surface is very rough, more obvious groove-shaped wear scar and hard particles shed residual pits; in oil lubrication friction conditions, the friction surface of convex particles are polished not ditch like wear scar and residual pits after the falling of the hard particles, the surface is very smooth.
