摘要
战略性新兴产业是国家基于现有优势、国际形势而选择的对国民经济发展具有战略意义的产业,技术创新是一种成长与竞争实力的体现,它是战略性新兴产业发展的最重要的动力之一,研究两者之间的关系,对探讨如何促进、加速我国技术创新,加快发展战略性新兴产业及经济的发展具有十分重要的意义。本文从区域技术创新与战略性新兴产业的关系文献研究入手,探讨了耦合系统的特征、耦合内容、耦合过程,构建了耦合系统耦合模型,最后以28个区域的电子信息产业为例,对模型进行了实证分析。
Strategic emerging industries are industries with strategic significance to the country＇s economic development, which is selected based on the existing situation of the State and international situation, and at the same time, ethnological innovation is a manifes- tation of growth and competitive strength, which is one of the most important driving force in the development of strategic emerging indus- tries. Therefore, the study on the relationship between technological innovation, has a very important significance to explore how to accel- erate technological innovation in China, and to accelerate the development of emerging strategically industries and economic development. Starting from the relation literature between the regional technology innovation and strategic emerging indusuies, the paper explores charac- teristics, coupled content and the coupling process of the coupled system, and builds a model of coupling system, Finally, it resarcbes on the empirical analysis of the model, based on the electronic information industry of the 28 regions.
