摘要
针对企业对大学生工程素质与综合实践能力的要求,在工程训练中融入经济管理知识,构建"大工程背景",促进工程训练与学生就业创业技能训练相融合,使学生在毕业时具有毕业证、技能证,从而增强学生就业综合竞争力。经过多年"双证制"有益的探索与实践,效果显著。
According to the companies＇ requirement of engineering quality and comprehensive practical ability for the college students, combined with engineering personnel training and the teaching reform of engineering training in our university, the economic and management knowledge was integrated into the engineering training, and the broaden- engineering background was structured to promote the fusion of engineering training and the skills training of employment and entrepreneurship, and enhance the com- prehensive competitiveness of employment with the graduation certificates and the skill certificates when graduated. After years of exploration and practice, the ＂double certificates＂ was effective.
