1病例资料患者,男,70岁,主因劳力性气促30余年,加重伴双下肢水肿3周于2012-04-10入院。30余年前患者活动时出现胸闷气促,伴心悸,逐渐加重。2001年就诊于北京阜外心血管病医院,心脏超声显示为室间隔肥厚,诊断为＂肥厚型非梗阻性心肌病、心房颤动＂,后因病情反复,多次就诊于阜外医院,2 0 0 3年ECG显示心房颤动,左室肥厚伴劳损,
The patient suffered exertional palpitations and shortness of breath more than 30 years.His echocardiography showed non-obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy early.ECG showed atrial fibrillation,and QRS wave duration normal.Lately,the echocardiography prompted dilated cardiomyopathy,ventricular septal returned to normal.ECG showed atrial fibrillation and sinus alternating rhythm,QRS time gradually extended,and ultimately a double QRS waveform.
