摘要
从分析国有企业不良债务的现状入手 ,阐述了其产生的直接原因在于资金使用的低效率和低效益以及运行机制不合理 ,提出解决不良债务应首先加强企业内部管理 ,调整企业经营结构 。
This article is based on the analysis of the present state of bad liabilities of the state owned enterprises.Then it states that the direct reason is the low benefit ration of capital use and the unreasonable woking system.Finally the article finds out some solutions to it,such as strengthening enterprises internal management, adjusting enterprises conducting structures and broadening the sources of capital.
