摘要
对人工成本运行规律进行了阐述,分析了企业人工成本管理中存在的问题,并提出建立科学的管理机制,加强内部收入分配结构调整,建立完善人工成本统计监测体系等举措,以对提升煤炭企业人工成本管理水平提供借鉴和参考。
The paper had a statement on cost control of the enterprises. The paper the internal income distribution structure, would provide good reference significances the operation law of the labor cost and analyzed the problems existed in the labor proposed to establish a scientific management mechanism, enhance the adjustment of set up a well labor cost statistics and measuring system and other measures which to upgrade the labor cost control level of the coal enterprise.
