摘要
从理论上看,现代互联网的发展和教育投入对产业升级的重要性显而易见。论文利用中国68个大中城市的面板数据,通过面板计量模型进行了实证研究,结论是:互联网发展与产业结构优化之间呈显著的正相关关系,教育投入对产业升级的影响很小;产业升级具备一定的刚性,对下一期有显著影响;教育投入能提升二三产业的就业比重,互联网的投入能显著提高霍夫曼比率,促进产业升级;产业结构提升和互联网发展都能显著促进教育的投入,产业结构优化也能带动互联网发展;短期来看,互联网发展更能影响产业结构提升,互联网的外部扩散效应以及对教育和经济的拉动辐射效应比较明显。
